Lincoln Business Club Conjures Up Summer Shindig

Lincoln Business Club is inviting local business people to join them for a magic summer BBQ at The Lincoln Hotel on Thursday 5th July.

Entertainment at the summer party, which will be held on the lawn at the front of the hotel, will be provided by close up magician Scott Perry.

There’ll also be lawn games during the event, which starts from 5pm onwards, and the sizzling summer menu will include BBQ ribs, foot long sausages, baked white fish in banana leaf and vegetable parcels.

Scott, originally from Sleaford, has performed at events across the UK in Leicester, Birmingham and London and his love for magic has even taken him as far as Las Vegas!

He has also performed for A-list actors Kevin Spacey and Nathan Darrow and has met some of the most successful magicians from across the world including Paul Daniels and David Blaine.

More recently Scott has been invited to entertain the British Olympic swimming team in Edinburgh on 21st July before they go for gold at London 2012.

Richard Hare, Chairman of Lincoln Business Club, commented: “Our summer social events are always a success and we are hoping that this year’s event will be just as popular.

“It’s open to everyone - not just members - and with Lincoln Cathedral as the backdrop The Lincoln Hotel offers a beautiful setting in which to enjoy a traditional summer BBQ and a few drinks with colleagues and friends.

“We are also really looking forward to Scott performing at the event this year - he is truly outstanding at what he does and is sure to make a real impression.”

Tickets for the event are £15 and can be purchased online at https://www.lincolnbusinessclub.co.uk/information/summer-party/ or by emailing zoe@epixmedia.co.uk
