Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is a charity providing a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) to the communities of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. They provide critical care for severely injured or ill patients, delivering the equivalent of an A&E department to the scene. The service operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and relies entirely on donations and fundraising to operate.

Claire Taylor-Petch, Head of Business Engagement and Development Claire has nearly 30 years’ experience supporting the local business community with training, recruitment and work-based learning as well as supporting individuals to empower themselves with the skills they need to succeed in their careers.  She is proud to be part of the business and community engagement directorate at Bishop Grosseteste University where her role is to foster relationships with employers and to up skill their teams through higher and degree apprenticeships. In addition, Claire is keen to promote our wider university offer including placements, graduate vacancies, knowledge exchange and so much more.  A few fun facts, Claire is double jointed at her fingertips, loves Zumba and Pilates, speaks Arabic and lived in Qatar until the age of 11. She is also a real foodie but hates black pudding, grapefruit and liver!  Rachel Linstead – Senior Lecturer and Operational Leader (Business Apprenticeships) Rachel is a pracademic – which means she is a practitioner in business as well as an academic.
