Glint is a grassroots social enterprise that supports young people and adults with mental health and wellbeing challenges through equine facilitated learning and therapy programmes.
They work with people with a wide variety of personal and professional challenges, particularly with those where their life opportunities are being affected by anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and lack of self-worth, meaning they find it difficult to engage with school and college, or to secure employment or progress with their careers.
They have a 10-year track record of successfully delivering their work in Yorkshire and are very proud to now be supporting people across Greater Lincolnshire from their new home near Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.

How our partnerships work:
Each November, our business community are asked to nominate the charity they would like to support in the following year. Each nominated charity is invited to our January meeting to give a two minute showcase of their charity.
The chosen charity partner is formally announced each February, as voted by the business community,
As our charity partner we will build a relationship with you and get to know you and your charity. Our partnership provides the opportunity to share what you do with our thriving business community of 80+ local businesses, the community that supports our fundraising events.
We know from experience that having our charity partner at our meetings, once a month, raises awareness of what the charity does. It gives the charity a platform to shout about what they do. We welcome any Lincoln based charities to attend whenever possible, to build a relationship with us and share what they do.
