Justin has worked for Lincolnshire County Council since 1999, firstly being responsible for regeneration grants then Economic Development before moving into his current role where he leads the teams which set the growth and economic strategy for Lincolnshire, assist businesses and provide training, deliver infrastructure and regeneration projects, and provide planning advice on major developments. Justin also has a strong role in assisting the council’s elected councillors to achieve their aims.
Prior to working for the county council, Justin was a manager within Lincolnshire Training and Enterprise Council –a government agency which promoted vocational training to businesses.
Justin has a degree from Cardiff University in European Community Studies and a post-graduate certificate in Public Sector Management form the University of Birmingham. He is a fluent French and Spanish speaker.
