The total was confirmed at a recent Club gathering, marking a strong show of collective commitment from the Lincolnshire business community, where the Club members also voted for the charity of the year for 2026 to be the LNAA once again.

The funds will directly support the charity’s vital pre-hospital emergency care service, helping its crews continue to respond to the most serious incidents across the region.

Robert Drury, Chair of Lincoln Business Club said: “We’re proud to support Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. The work they do is extraordinary and, for many families across our region, truly life-changing.”
“Raising £6,500 demonstrates what can happen when businesses come together with a shared purpose. At Lincoln Business Club, we believe business should be a force for good locally, and this is a strong example of that in action.”

Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is a charity-funded service, serving the two counties on life-saving missions. It receives no direct government funding for its daily operations and relies entirely on donations and community support to keep its helicopters flying and its critical care teams operational.

“On behalf of everyone at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, I want to sincerely thank Lincoln Business Club and its members for raising such a great amount,” said Joe Harper, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA).
“As an independent charity, every pound makes a difference. The £6,500 raised by Lincoln Business Club will contribute towards life-saving equipment, specialist training, and the ongoing costs of delivering rapid response care when and where it is needed most.
“We are extremely grateful for the support of the local business community, and are thankful for the Club for choosing to continue to support our critical care work through 2026.”

The fundraising reflects Lincoln Business Club’s continued focus on purposeful connection – bringing together local leaders not only to grow their businesses, but to support causes that have a tangible impact on the communities they serve.

Lincoln Business Club extends its thanks to all members, sponsors and attendees who contributed to the fundraising efforts.
